POSCO Steel is a US owned subsidary of the Korean POSCO corporation. Join us in solidarity with the Sammi Specialty Steel Workers on Saturday March 18 to demand that POSCO rehire the fired workers. The Pittsburg plant is presently represented by USWA Local 1440 but POSCO has a long record of union busting in the United States. They built the plant non-union and tens of thousands of bay area workers marched to the plant to protest the non-union construction by POSCO.
