We would like to express our support for your defense of trade union independence. Freedom of association is a universal human right that no government has the right to take away from the workers. We protest against the attacks by President Lukashenko and his administration against the Belarusian trade unions. We wish you a successful congress and the strength and unity to withstand the pressure from the state today and in the future.
