Danke für Eure Unterstützung! Es ist wundervoll, die entlassenen Arbeiter freuen sich sehr.

Die Schlichtung ergab, dass die Arbeiter zum 05.02.01 wieder eingestellt werden müssen.
Natürlich kann der Arbeitgeber uns wieder vor' s Arbeitsgericht holen. Wenn sie das machen, ist es nicht möglich, dass die Arbeiter vor einem Urteil vom Arbeitsgericht wieder an die Arbeit können.

Bis jetzt haben wir noch keine offizielle Stellungnahme vom Unternehmen. Sie gaben an, dass sie das Schlichtungsergebnis studieren wollen und später darauf antworten.
Wir studieren das Schlichtungsergebnis auch, um es voll bewerten zu können, es sind 25 Seiten. Wir könnten es morgen per E-Mail senden.

Das ist ein wichtiger Sieg für die Arbeiter der ganzen Welt, Genossen, ihr müsst den Sieg mit uns teilen! Wegen Eurer Unterstützung, Solidarität und Entschlossenheit haben wir diesen Sieg errungen.

We won the case!

Thanks for your support! It is wonderfull, the dismissed workers are rejoycing!

The award state that the workers must return by 05 February 2001. Off course the company can still take us on review, if they do take us on review, the workers will not be able to go back until the outcome of the labour court. So far we do not have an official statement from the company. They stated that they are studing the award and will respond later. We are also suding the award to make a full appraisal, it is 25 pages. We would be able to e-mail it to you by tommorow.

This is a major victory for workers accross the world, comrades, you must share this victory with us! It is because of your support, solidary and determination that we have this victory. Workers of the world unite!
